Ormond Scenic Loop & Trail (OSLT) non-profit incorporation papers were accepted by the State of Florida in September 2007.  We have a federal Employer ID Number registered with the IRS and are registered with the Division of Consumer Affairs for the Solicitations of Contribution Act.  We are currently working to achieve 501(c)(3) status.

All CME members are volunteers and draw no salary.  All contributions are used to fund projects as outlined in our Corridor Management Plan or to defray administrative costs such as post office box rental or printing costs for brochures.
